For the first time, Arta is hosting its own TEDx event.
TEDxArta is coming on May 23, 2026, bringing together people, ideas,
science, technology, society, creativity, and personal stories that are worth
hearing.
With the central theme
“Bridging Ideas Into Reality,”
TEDxArta aspires to be more than just an event.
It aspires to become a meeting place.
A space where ideas don’t remain theoretical, but are put into action,
inspiration, and real impact.
In an era where the world is changing rapidly, TEDxArta seeks to highlight
people who dare:
to create,
to innovate,
to overcome challenges,
to inspire,
and bring different worlds together.
The event will feature talks, interactive experiences, and unique moments
of networking, creating a comprehensive experience that combines the spirit of
TED with the dynamism of the Epirus and Arta regions.
TEDxArta was born out of the need to give authentic voices a platform.
Voices of people who have something meaningful to say.
Voices that can inspire thought, emotion, and action.
Arta, a city rich in history and culture, home to young people with a vision, is now
joining the global TEDx community, bringing to the forefront the power of
the region, collaboration, and creativity.
Behind TEDxArta is a team of young people, volunteers,
academics, creators, and collaborators working toward a common goal: to
create a high-quality experience with a meaningful social and cultural
impact.
TEDx is a program of local, independently organized events under
license from the global TED organization, with the aim of spreading ideas worth
spreading (“Ideas Worth Spreading”).
The TEDxArta journey is just beginning.
And this is only the beginning.
