Interactive Workshops
The KIDS SAVE LIVES workshop brings first aid training into the modern era, combining CPR and defibrillator use with innovative technologies such as QCPR, VRCPR, and the iSAVElives App. Through interactive and experiential training, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to save a life using modern digital tools and virtual reality technologies.
At the Epirus XR Center workshop, participants will have the opportunity to get a firsthand look at the world of emerging technologies through interactive Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) experiences, as well as state-of-the-art eye-tracking systems.
Through immersive demos and real-time interaction, the audience will explore how XR technologies are transforming education, healthcare, entertainment, research, and the way we interact with the digital world.
The workshop brings the future closer than ever, offering a unique experience where innovation, human interaction, and technology converge at TEDxArta 2026.
“Dancing the Traditions of Epirus”
During the breaks at TEDxArta 2026, the Arta Student Sports and Cultural Group invites the audience to two interactive workshops on traditional dances of Epirus, offering a unique opportunity to experience the local cultural heritage.
Through rhythm, participation, and interaction, participants will have the opportunity to connect more deeply with the region’s traditions, learn the basics of Epirus dances, and experience the power of community and cultural expression.
The event creates a vibrant connection between the audience, music, and tradition, highlighting the cultural identity of Epirus in the spirit of TEDxArta 2026: Bridging Ideas Into Reality.

“In the Footsteps of Arta – Roots, Dances, and Memory”
The Arta Student Athletic and Cultural Group is participating in TEDxArta 2026 by presenting the initiative “In the Footsteps of Arta – Roots, Dances, and Memory,” highlighting the cultural traditions of the wider Arta region through traditional dance.
Through a lively and authentic presentation, participants will have the opportunity to experience dances that are an integral part of the region’s cultural identity, such as the Kagkelari, the Syrtos sta Tria, Yiannis o Peratianos, the Tsamiko of Arta, and the Klamata.
The initiative aims to preserve and promote cultural heritage, connecting the past with the present and passing on memory, history, and tradition to younger generations through the power of dance and collective expression.
At the musical event titled “Manolis Chiotis, From the Stage to the Living Room,” our musician friends Kostas Konstantakis, Christos Katsidis, and Haritina Andrianopoulou will take us on a journey with beloved rebetiko tunes and timeless melodies.
With two special musical interludes full of vitality, emotion, and authentic folk sound, they will frame the performance, creating a unique atmosphere that bridges the past with the present.
